He looks after the residents and any problems in their apartments, as well as being responsible for the common areas and facilities – such as the internet connection, the launderette, the swimming pool, and the plants and outside areas. 	Alexandra Alexandra looks after the rental service, and it is she who will welcome you to the village and show you to your apartment. 	Giulia Giulia is familiar with all the units in the village, and it is her job to check the apartments on a regular basis and to keep them aired. She is also involved with the cleaning service, which is operated on a private basis. Giulia lives in the village and will offer her support in an emergency. She understands English.
	Giulio Giulio is the gardener and handyman. He is always ready to give a hand where needed, and will deal personally with small jobs that need prompt attention. Giulio lives in the village and will offer his support in an emergency.
