Gastronomy & Music along the ancient streets of the Medieval Village
(in case of rain, party to be held under cover)
You all invited, along with your family & friends, to come to and join us in Colletta for the party of the year!
Menu
Aperitivi : Prosecco & bruschetta (in the village square)
Antipasti: Ligurian specialities including
- Stuffed courgette flowers (by the swimming pool)
- Local goat cheeses
- Panzerotti (Fried stuffed pastry parcels) (in the amphitheatre)
- Cold courgette salad
- Cima alla genovese (cold meat & vegetable roll)
Barbecue: Sausages, pork steaks & vegetables (under cover)
Dessert: Pannacotta
Bread & Water included
Wine not included (There will be a stand in the village selling wine)
Cost
EU 20 (+ wine) Bookings before September 10
EU 22 (+ wine) Late bookings at the Association desk in Colletta
Please note that we need numbers as soon as possible for a better organisation of the event. Also, any volunteers to help on the days before the party and on the day itself would be most welcome. Please let us know if you are available.
