Hot Desks
The eoffice provides 4 hot desk work stations, all supplied with:

• ergonomic desks and chairs in a contemporary environment
• wireless broadband network
• wired broadband network
• print server
• indoor and outdoor informal meeting areas

Access is by prepaid membership cards that are valid for periods ranging from 24 hours to 1 year, which give access to the business center. Desk reservations may be made for specific times for an additional fee.

Meeting Room
The meeting room may be booked for periods from one hour to one week. The 6x4.5m room provides ample space for 16 people in stylish surroundings. Facilities include:

• ergonomic desks and chairs in a contemporary environment
• teleconferencing terminal
• large LCD presentation screen
• whiteboard
• wireless broadband network
• wired broadband network
• print server

Seminar Room
The seminar room may be booked for periods from one day. The 6x7.5m room can be set up in a variety of styles: classroom, seminar, theater, round table, etc. and provides seating for up to 35 people.

• whiteboard
• wireless broadband network
• wired broadband network

Meals
A full catering service can be provided, including food served in the business center and meals in the village bistro. Additionally, group dining can be booked at one of the nearby fine restaurants to sample the wonderful local cuisine. Private dining rooms can be organized on request.
