Wine Tasting in Colletta
Two appointments with sommeliers on June 26th & on June 27th
on June 26th a dinner with the sommelier tasting wine matching the menù; for June 27th Dr Montalda, the president of the Barbaresco wine association, will lead a tasting of Barbaresco 2005 from the three production regions.
Wine-tasting with an expert with a brief history of the vineyards
All accompanied by a 5 course meal: Herb fritters, freshwater prawns in sauce, Fassone beef, pasta Piedmont style, two cheeses (robiola from Roccaverano and grana reggiano matured for 2 years)
Places available 20 - Cost of the evening 45 euro (40 euro for members of the Cultural Association) - commencement 7.00pm
